    Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the course of business, including technical, commercial, and strategic information.

    We handle all client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) of Indonesia and any other applicable local privacy regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

  7. Payment & Fees

    All service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be detailed in the relevant agreement. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT. Konfig Digital Indonesia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

  9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
